Registration will be open November 1, 2019 until March 13, 2020, or until all booths have been reserved. The New York Library Association (NYLA) handles all payments for the conference.

Exhibitor Rates:

Early Bird Vendor $600 November 1, 2019 January 3, 2020
Regular Vendor $650 January 4, 2020 March 13, 2020 or when space is sold out

*Please note that any attendee or vendor who registers using the “Early Bird” rate must pay prior to the end of the Early Bird registration period. If full payment is not received at the end of the Early Bird period, the rate will automatically increase and the bill will be adjusted accordingly.

The Long Island Library Conference does not provide storage for vendors. Vendors will be charged for any storage fees incurred by the Melville Marriott.

The Long Island Library Conference is Long Island’s largest library-focused conference and is a not-to-be missed opportunity to meet with over 750 library directors, administrators, librarians, support staff, and librarians-in-training from across Long Island and the metropolitan area. The conference schedule includes ample conflict-free exhibit time, giving you plenty of time to make new connections and solidify existing relationships
