The 2018 conference will be held at the Melville Marriott in Melville, New York on Thursday, May 3, 2018.

Basic booth space is $575 until January 5, 2018; $625 after Jan. 5, 2018 and includes:

  • A 6’ x 2’ table with tablecloth
  • 3’ of display space behind the table
  • An electrical outlet
  • Wi-Fi access
  • One box lunch (choose either chicken or vegetarian)

Registration will be open November 1, 2017 until March 16, 2018, or until all booths have been reserved. The New York Library Association (NYLA) handles all payments for the conference.
