Registration for Members, Non-Members, and Students ends April 30, 2026.

Payment Information

If you need to pay by check or invoice, you must register by March 31, 2026. You will not be able to register and select payment by check or invoice after this date.

Beginning April 1 thru the registration closing date of April 30, 2026, all registrations must be completed by credit card, PayPal, or Google Pay.

If paying by invoice you’ll receive an email with an invoice from lilcregister@gmail.com within a couple days of registering.

If paying by check you will NOT receive an invoice. If you need an invoice, please choose “Invoice” as your payment method.

All check and invoice payments are due by April 30, 2026. If you are responsible for registering multiple attendees and need Library Board approval to remit payment, please plan accordingly. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

If paying for multiple attendees with one check please list all attendee names or include a copy of your invoice when sending your check.

NCLA/SCLA Member Rate

Available to current individual (not institutional; vouchers are not permitted) members of NCLA and SCLA in good standing. This rate is not available to members of other organizations. Your NCLA or SCLA individual membership number must be included at time of registration and will be verified. Contact NCLA or SCLA before registering if you are unsure of your membership status and/or number.

Student Rate

Available to students enrolled in a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) program at the time of registration. It is not available to those pursuing a different degree or for those who have already graduated from a MLIS program. Proof of program enrollment may be requested.

Non-Member Rate

Available to all other attendees.

Day-Of Rate

Available to all beginning May 1, 2026. This rate will close on May 10, 2026 and re-open on the day of the Conference. Day-of payments can be made by cash or credit.

ALL ATTENDEES / VOLUNTEERS MUST BE REGISTERED

Due to the nature of the conference, all speakers, volunteers, vendors and guests are required to be registered through the appropriate registration forum. If you are unsure you are registred please email us at lilcregister@gmail.com.

Note: Registration fees are not waived for volunteers.

A note on table reservations: due to attendee feedback we are no longer offering table reservations for the keynote lunch.
