The 2019 conference will be held at the Melville Marriott in Melville, New York on Thursday, May 9, 2019.

The early-bird pricing for a basic booth space is $575 and includes:

  • A 6’ x 2’ table with tablecloth
  • 3’ of display space behind the table
  • An electrical outlet
  • Wi-Fi access
  • One box lunch (choose either chicken or vegetarian)

Registration is now open. Early bird registration will be until January 18, 2019. Regular registration will be open until April 1, 2019, or until all booths have been reserved. The New York Library Association (NYLA) handles all payments for the conference.
